// Service
Website and Server Stabilization
This service is for a website or server that crashes, slows down or was set up “however it turned out”. Come with the symptom: 5xx errors, slow loading, an overloaded server, an unprotected WordPress. I find the cause, fix it and explain what changed and how to prevent a repeat.
What you can order
| Task | Timeline | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Fixing 5XX errors (500, 502, 503, 504) | 2–6 hours, up to 1 day | $30 |
| Nginx setup and optimisation: SSL, HTTP/2, HTTP/3 | 1 day | $30 |
| Apache setup and optimisation: SSL, HTTP/2, mod_rpaf, .htaccess | 1 day | $30 |
| PHP-FPM and database optimisation (MySQL, PostgreSQL) | 1–2 days | $40 |
| WordPress on a VPS: move or install, SSL, caching, hardening | 2–4 hours | from $50 |
| Windows Server in Yandex Cloud: VM, RDP, roles on request | 1 day | $100 |
Prices are per project. If a task sits across several rows (for example 5XX errors caused by PHP-FPM and the database), we agree on one price before work starts.
A real case
Remote Desktop stopped working on a Windows Server 2019 with RDS and RemoteApp. From the outside everything looked almost fine: port 3389 was open, the Remote Desktop Services service was running, the firewall was not blocking, and qwinsta showed rdp-tcp listening. But nobody could connect, not even an administrator, and RemoteApp did not work because basic RDP did not start a session.
At first it looked like RemoteApp was broken. Diagnostics showed that the cause was lower: RDP TLS, the certificate and SChannel. The event log had Event ID 1057, the server could not create a self-signed certificate for RDP. The fix was to clear the old TLS binding and issue a new certificate. A detailed walkthrough with commands: «RDP stopped connecting even though port 3389 is open».
How the work goes
- You describe the problem and give access. If you need advice before ordering, write on Telegram.
- I look at the logs, configuration and load, and name the cause and the fix plan.
- I fix it, test under load and record what changed.
- I hand over a short report: what it was, what was done, what to keep an eye on.

Frequently asked questions
What access do you need?
Access to the server over SSH or through a control panel. If you have error logs, send them right away: it speeds up diagnostics. For a WordPress move I need access to the old hosting or a site archive.
Which hosting do you work with?
Any: VPS, Dedicated and cloud. For Windows Server in Yandex Cloud I need your cloud account and a budget for resources.
What if the cause is not the server but the code or the database?
The PHP-FPM and database service includes finding slow queries and optimising code that affects the load. If a deeper rework of the application is needed, I will say so after diagnostics and propose a separate scope.
Is this a one-off job or ongoing support?
This service is a one-off. For continuous monitoring and alerts there is monitoring and observability, and for outages incident response. If you first need the overall picture, start with an infrastructure audit.
